One of the key features of the app is its ability to display essential information from the SMART Health Card, including the issuer's name, type of vaccine or test, dates of doses or test, and recipient's name and date of birth.
Various businesses such as bars, restaurants, schools, and live event venues can utilize this free app to authenticate SMART Health Cards upon entry, enhancing their ability to maintain a safe environment.
Please note that the Verifier app exclusively scans SMART Health Cards and does not support paper CDC cards.
To comprehend what exactly a SMART Health Card is, it is crucial to understand that it serves as a digital or printed representation of your vaccination history or test results. These cards are shared through QR codes and are issued by supported states, pharmacies, and providers.
